Senior Director, Global Operations Product Lead

Role Overview

• Lead the evolution of our financial and procurement technology stack
• Define the roadmap for Oracle Fusion Finance and Procurement modules
• Work closely with teams in Global Business Operations, Accounting, Procurement, Product, and Technology
• Automate complex financial workflows
• Drive user adoption through training and documentation
• Design and optimize end-to-end workflows within Oracle Fusion
• Develop specialized AI agents for General Ledger and Accounts Payable functions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, or Financial Technology
• Proficient knowledge and experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement
• Proficient in Sourcing, Travel & Expense (T&E), General Ledger (GL), and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Hands-on technical experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio AND Anthropic API
• Ability to build agentic applications
• Master advanced prompt engineering
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data models
