Work Schedule: EST | US Eastern hours (Monday–Friday), with flexibility to shift 2–3 hours for West Coast prospecting campaigns
Independently source qualified leads (physicians, medical networks, sports medicine practices)
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across calls, email, SMS, and LinkedIn
Book a minimum of 10 new qualified meetings per week for account executives
Achieve success at 90 days meaning over 50 meetings per month, measurable pipeline contribution to AE revenue, and pitch at least one proactive process optimization without direction
Requirements
1–4 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience with demonstrated cold prospecting ownership (lead list building, account research, multi-channel outreach — not inbound-only)
Hands-on experience with AI-driven prospecting or enrichment tools (Clay, ChatGPT, Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, or equivalent) with evidence of use in actual campaigns, not skills-section listing only
Proven meeting generation track record: consistent quota attainment at 10+ booked meetings/week or 40+/month equivalent documented on CV
Multi-channel outreach execution across at least 3 of the following: cold calls, email sequencing, SMS campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent) with activity logging and pipeline tracking
Bachelor's degree in any field
English at C1+ CEFR level (cold-call fluency required for direct physician office outreach across the US)
