About this role

You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You assist in sourcing new collaboration partners, prepare proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their well‑being
You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and productions

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident handling of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or designing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
