About this role

You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talent
You assist in identifying new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You develop concepts and content formats together with talents and support them in execution
You act as the interface between talents and our partners, coordinate their engagements, and ensure their wellbeing
You identify and recruit potential new talent for current and future formats and productions

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Preferably experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Fluent German and strong English skills, spoken and written
