Be responsible for all HR related matters for Thailand (including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration and training)
Support HR related matters for up to 2 other countries.
Maintain regional HRIS & manage HR files and documentation with a focus on ensuring compliance, accuracy and confidentiality
Participate in roll out and management of group wide HR initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
1–2 years of experience across various HR areas, including Talent Acquisition and Compensation/Benefits. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Hands-on experience using MS Office, databases, and HRIS (knowledge of BambooHR will be an advantage).
Strong passion for and practical skills in leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude) to innovate, automate, and optimize day-to-day HR workflows.
Outstanding coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative and proactive with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Detail-conscious and a focused problem solver.
Eager to learn and remain knowledgeable on changes and developments in human resources.
Thai native with good English communication skills.
