Gain understanding of business strategy and translate it into HR solutions that drive organizational goals, employee engagement, and business growth.
Advise and consult with business leaders on HR programs, policies, and initiatives to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Create organization design solutions that support the business operating model and promote agility, innovation and reduction of non-value adding work.
Build trusted relationships with leaders, employees, and high-potential talent to foster a strong culture and positive employee experience.
Provide strategic HR consulting through diagnostics, org design, change management, and communications to support business needs.
Coach and support managers and leaders on effective team management, development, and employee engagement strategies.
Analyze HR data, metrics, and trends to inform business decisions, measure program effectiveness, and influence leadership through storytelling.
Execute core HR programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning, in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence.
Interpret HR policies and develop innovative solutions to address employee relations issues while serving as an employee advocate and maintaining governance compliance.
Work closely with the HRBP team to ensure alignment, consistency, and standardization across the enterprise
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas
8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources (with roles of increasing responsibility) with an emphasis in employee relations, workforce planning, organizational and talent development/talent management
2+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance/Financial Services industry preferred
HR professional certifications preferred
