• Ensure the Scrum concept is understood, applied and disseminated across the organization; facilitate mapping and propose improvements to the SCRUM application process within development teams; collaborate in analyzing and documenting client business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet those needs; assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog; ensure the realization and achievement of Scrum event objectives; support the Scrum Team in removing impediments; assist the team’s self-organization by suggesting techniques and facilitating processes and people.
• Analyze the company’s business processes to determine the best way to implement/maintain SAP;
• Configure the system according to established needs and requirements;
• Provide support and train users on correct system usage;
• Perform functional testing to ensure correct operation;
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system;
• Map business needs through consultation, analysis and targeted observation;
• Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements;
• Identify and resolve issues that may affect software performance;
• Work on the functional and business layer of Business Intelligence / Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master’s or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
• SAP Academy course (or equivalent) in the module in which you will work.
• Desired experience: 3 years with the main products/modules that comprise the SAP solution implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial and SAP Portal;
• Experience with the main products/modules that comprise the SAP solution implemented in Human Capital Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP and Business Warehouse (BW);
• Experience in SAP modules for Finance, Controlling, Logistics, HR and Sales to define the data model.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, human resources management, finance and the specific business domain.
• Professional knowledge of the main products/modules that comprise the SAP solution implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial and SAP Portal;
• Professional knowledge of the main products/modules that comprise the SAP solution implemented in Human Capital Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP and Business Warehouse (BW).
