Digital Transformation Consultant

Role Overview

• Conduct in-depth diagnostics using data, interviews, workshops and benchmarks.
• Facilitate co‑creation workshops and challenge business units to build a coherent target vision.
• Develop transformation strategies and roadmaps: scenarios, trade-offs, business cases, prioritization and roadmaps.
• Implement digital transformation across information systems (IS), processes, organization and governance.
• Design and execute change management strategies.
• Produce recommendations and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.
• Work across a variety of industries: Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Public Sector & Defense, Health & Life Sciences, Financial Services & Insurance, Retail, Transport…

Requirements

• You hold a Master's degree (Grande École / business school, engineering school, Sciences Po or equivalent).
• 3 years of consulting experience are expected.
• Excellent listening, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Intellectual rigor and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
• Reliable and a team player.
• Curious and motivated to work in varied and changing environments.
• Ability to work in both English and French.
• Mobility: assignments possible in France and internationally.
