Role Overview
- Manage the full lifecycle of guarantees across LATAM countries
- Oversee daily cash balances ensuring liquidity compliance
- Support liquidity planning and cash positioning between accounts
- Execute payments and maintain treasury reporting
- Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities
- Collaborate with legal, finance, tax, and commercial teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate treasury environment
- Experience with bank guarantees, surety bonds, or insurance guarantees
- Exposure to LATAM treasury operations highly desirable
- Solid knowledge of bank guarantees and insurance guarantees
- Understanding of foreign exchange operations
- Experience using Treasury Management Systems (preferably IT2)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced English required, intermediate Spanish desirable
