About this role
Role Overview
Lead the commercial strategy and expansion of the institutional market
Prospect for and develop large accounts
Manage pipeline, forecast and sales KPIs
Develop and monitor the performance of the commercial team
Structure partnerships and channels to generate new business
Ensure discipline in CRM usage and management of commercial indicators
Work closely with internal teams to accelerate negotiations, conversions and improve processes
Requirements
Experience in consultative B2B sales
Knowledge of the capital markets and financial instruments (CRI, CRA, Debêntures, NC etc.)
Experience in commercial management, pipeline and forecasting
Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot)
Strong skills in contract negotiation and managing major accounts
