Develop an overarching vision, clear target states and robust roadmaps for central digital solutions in the Digital Interaction domain
Define and establish methods, blueprints, standards and governance models
Act as Product Owner and business-side project manager for selected initiatives
Own and support additional digital topics and innovation initiatives
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, IT and other relevant stakeholders
Assess and coordinate the selection of appropriate technical solutions
Develop pragmatic solution approaches and build prototypes, automations or analyses
Establish KPIs and control mechanisms for data quality, usage and business impact

Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification with a strong IT and business focus
At least 7 years of relevant professional experience at the interface between business and IT
Solid knowledge and practical experience in Scrum, Requirements Engineering / requirements management, IT architecture as well as project and product management
Skilled in change and stakeholder management
Presentation and communication skills at management level
Structured, solution-oriented way of working and resilience in demanding project phases
Willingness to travel approx. 30% and openness to EMEA-wide assignments as part of rollouts
