Support the planning and execution of regional initiatives and strategic projects, including maintaining project plans, trackers, and milestones.
Monitor progress against timelines and deliverables; proactively follow up on actions and dependencies.
Identify risks, delays, or escalation points early and raise them with remedial actions.
Ensure projects progress smoothly from initiation through completion.
Support preparation and coordination of Asia leadership committee meetings and updates, including agendas, materials and action logs.
Capture key outcomes, decisions and follow‑ups with a high level of accuracy and professionalism as well as tracking post-meeting actions to ensure closure.
Act as a dependable coordination point across regional, country and functional teams.
Communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Help build structure and consistency in recurring processes, reporting and workflows. Introduce simple tools, templates or improvements to enhance efficiency and clarity.
Requirements
5–7 years of professional experience, ideally within an MNC, consulting firm or global matrix organization
Advanced application of AI models, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other MS Office tools
Experience in project coordination, PMO, business management, strategy support or commercial roles
Exposure to regional, cross‑functional or senior‑stakeholder environments is strongly preferred
Proven experience in working with tight timelines and multitasking under stress
Background in financial services, insurance, reinsurance, consulting or corporate roles is an advantage
