Social Media and Marketing Manager

Role Overview

• You will directly work with Stephan who is a growth hacker by heart and who has built a $ 1 million ARR Marketing agency with just 5 people.
• Content creation for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more with the help of AI tools and automations
• Content distribution via Loomly, AI agents or other tools
• Replicate Gymshark66 Challenge and find 100+ Affiliates to become Lemio brand ambassadors
• PR publications
• Community Building: Email distributions to our various email lists
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows
• We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!

Requirements

• Ideally you a l ways wanted to become the Head of Marketing of a tech startup.
• a r e excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
• are passionate about content, writing, blogging and social media.
• have between 2-5 years of work experience.
