High Volume of Sales: You’ll be taking 5–10 new inbound opportunities daily. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment where juggling multiple events is exciting for you.
Consultative Sales: You will advise clients on the best solution (AV, staging, interactivity) for their specific event needs. You’ll meet via zoom and lead the client through the sales process, sometimes pulling in other resources to close deals.
Full Sales Cycle: Own the process from the initial "Hello" to the final signed contract.
Strategic Growth: Identify which clients have the potential to become $250k accounts through building strong relationships.
Requirements
Experience requirements
You have at least 3–5 years of sales experience, specifically within the event production or AV industry.
Responsive
You are highly organized and disciplined. You are on top of your pipeline and guide leads through the sales process.
Thrives in building relationships
You can build trust quickly over Zoom and are able to explain AV solutions to all different buyers.
