High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience as a Scrum master, project manager, business/systems/QA analyst, or software engineer
5+ years of experience in a technology field and with agile and scrum principles
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or business analysis or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
Related field certifications
7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, information technology, financial services, payment, online and mobile platforms, or digital and tech platforms
