Create executive questionnaires and lead interviews with stakeholders and sponsors to map end-to-end journeys.
Assess the resource management model, project health and margins, schedule deviations, and backlog management.
Evaluate the maturity level of organizational processes, organizational structures, compliance, information security, access profiles, and the architecture of current automations.
Compare business pain points with what the current tool configurations deliver, identifying architectural conflicts and mapping integration risks.
Analyze and present the best platform options available in the market that fit the mapped scenario, producing an impact vs. effort matrix and a Change Management plan.
Requirements
Strong experience in Process Consulting projects, Business Architecture, Lean, or IT assessments.
Proficiency with industry frameworks for service and project management (such as ITIL for ITSM/Service Desk and PMO/PSA practices for resource management).
Systems architecture perspective to evaluate integrations and propose "Recommended Platforms" (familiarity with the Gartner CRM/ITSM quadrant, but without single-tool bias).
Consultative leadership presence: ability to engage with executives as equals and uncover the real operational bottlenecks.
