About this role
Role Overview
Design and plan campaigns in collaboration with the design team
Optimize campaigns for maximum performance across Meta, LinkedIn and Google
Develop and test various B2B social ads strategies
Advance the B2B division and expand the service portfolio
Monitor campaign performance and derive learnings from results
Take responsibility for project management and act as the primary point of contact for clients
Contribute to internal initiatives such as workshops, process optimization, and blog posts
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in social ads, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Experience in project management and client-facing roles
Strong experience with tools and systems such as Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
Analytical mindset to derive the right actions for clients
Articulate with a strong command of German and very good English skills
Strong team spirit and high motivation
