Role Overview
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
- Edit and repurpose video content (long-form and short-form) for each platform
- Design on-brand graphics, templates, and visual assets using Canva
- Write captions, hooks, and post copy in the company's voice
- Build, manage, and send monthly EDMs via Mailchimp, including template design
- Develop and maintain a content calendar with proactive scheduling
- Cut down long-form podcast/YouTube content into short-form clips for social distribution
- Create SOPs for recurring content workflows to build consistency and efficiency
- Monitor platform analytics and report on content performance
- Stay ahead of social media trends and bring new ideas to the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally in a professional services, finance, or B2C brand context
- Solid video editing skills: comfortable with short-form reels and long-form cuts (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent)
- Proficient in Canva with a strong eye for design and brand consistency
- Experience with Mailchimp or a comparable EDM platform
- Excellent written English: you can write captions that sound natural and engaging
- Highly organise and able to manage your own time, deadlines, and content calendar without hand-holding
- Proactive mindset: you bring ideas.
- Podcast or YouTube content experience is a strong plus
