Junior Business Development Manager

Role Overview

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through lead identification and follow-up
• Phone calls, email correspondence, proposal preparation, and preparation of on
• and offline events
• Knowledge of BI and product offerings to understand customer needs and requirements and to generate interest
• Forward qualified opportunities to the sales team
• Maintain and expand the CRM with potential customers and identify buying centers

Requirements

• Completed degree in business/economics, commercial training, or equivalent
• Initial professional experience in a similar role desirable
• Independent and structured working style; confident use of common Office applications
• Excellent communication skills with customers; entrepreneurial mindset and approach
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
