Inbound Sales Development Representative – Internship

Role Overview

• Engage with inbound leads (demo requests, website flows, etc.)
• Learn how to quickly understand prospect needs and intent
• Support the qualification of leads (MQL → SQL)
• Participate in discovery conversations with prospects
• Assist in following up with leads and rescheduling meetings
• Collaborate with Account Executives on opportunity handovers
• Maintain and update CRM data (HubSpot)
• Work closely with Marketing to understand campaign performance and inbound behaviour

Requirements

• Are currently completing your degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and looking for an end-of-studies internship (5-6 months)
• Are interested in starting a career in SaaS sales / tech / startups
• Speak German at a native or fluent level
• Have a good understanding of the DACH market, including local communication styles, consumer behaviour, and business culture
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people
• Are proactive, organised, and eager to learn
• Have a strong sense of curiosity and adaptability
• Are comfortable in fast-paced environments
