Developing customer accounts: You take ownership of selected accounts and identify ways to create long-term value.
Selling custom software solutions: You understand customer business challenges and shape tailored solutions together with our experts
using modern technologies, including AI.
Driving opportunities to closure: You lead the sales process from first conversations to proposals and closing, supported by our expert teams.
Requirements
Experience in solution sales: Several years of experience in consultative selling, solution sales, or account management.
New business mindset: Proven ability to generate new opportunities and drive proactive sales.
Experience with complex offerings: Background in selling software, consulting, or digital services to private and/or public sector clients.
Commercial understanding: Ability to translate business needs into solutions and operate across different sales models (e.g. T&M, fixed price).
End-to-end sales capability: Ownership of the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing, including contributing to proposals and bids.
Technical understanding: Understanding of software development, data, or AI, with the ability to discuss solutions with customers.
Industry background: Experience from a consultancy or custom software business is considered an advantage.
Domain knowledge: Familiarity with the financial sector, banking, or insurance industry is considered a plus.
Language & mobility: Fluent in Finnish and English, with flexibility to work across our offices (Helsinki & Tampere).
