Deploy the corporate editorial calendar across our key corporate communication channels (social media, newsletters, institutional materials)
Produce and distribute high-value, accessible and educational content: posts, articles, newsletters, interviews, short-form formats, white papers, barometers/surveys, comics, etc.
Adapt and translate Kolecto’s communications (product, regulatory, partnerships, events) into clear, engaging content
Contribute to structuring and rolling out our editorial guidelines (tone, formats, message consistency)
Support the promotion of key news: launches, partnerships, events, barometers, educational content such as comics
Ensure production and publication of external communication materials (writing, formatting, internal coordination)
Work closely with marketing, product, strategy, sales, partnerships and HR teams to identify relevant topics
Coordinate internal or external contributors when needed (freelancers, agencies)
Monitor and report content performance (engagement, reach, traffic) and propose optimizations
Contribute to cross-functional projects (employer branding, internal communications, sales collateral)
Animate our target communities (small business owners – micro-enterprises and SMEs, accountants, partners) via our digital channels
Conduct active monitoring: identify topics, formats and angles within ecosystem conversations (fintech, accounting/management, e-invoicing, entrepreneurship) that generate engagement and value for our audiences
Help implement community initiatives: recurring editorial formats, series, customer testimonials, field feedback
Promote our events (before / during / after) within the ecosystem and communities
Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in corporate communications, content marketing or community management, ideally in a B2B environment (startup, scale-up, fintech, firm, agency or large group)
Excellent writing skills, with a clear, structured and impactful style
Ability to simplify complex topics (finance, regulation, tech)
Strong understanding of LinkedIn conventions and B2B digital formats
Content-minded: value-driven, educational and concrete (no "empty" content)
Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel with rigor and autonomy
Strong synthesis skills and understanding of business issues
Interest in fintech, business management, e-invoicing or the digital transformation of micro-enterprises and SMEs
Experience animating professional communities
Proficiency with tools such as Notion, CMS, email marketing tools, Canva / Figma
Comfortable in hybrid environments (startup + large company)
