Maintain clear, proactive communication with technicians, managers, and other staff.
Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk and telephone.
Inform, reassure, and propose rapid solutions when issues arise.
Process post-service files (quotes/estimates, claims, and ticket follow-up).
Requirements
Organized and responsive, able to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with both verbal and written communication.
Calm and rigorous, able to handle urgent situations with sound judgment.
Motivated to contribute to the ecological transition while working in an agile, collaborative environment.
Experience in logistics, scheduling/planning, or customer support is a plus.
