Source and evaluate vendors based on project requirements
Request, compare, and analyze quotes to ensure competitive pricing
Create and issue accurate purchase orders, ensuring alignment with scope, pricing, and timelines
Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors throughout the purchasing process
Review and validate pricing against project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimating, Accounting) to ensure alignment
Maintain accurate and organized records in systems such as Asana, Studio, and Google Sheets
Ensure all purchase orders are complete, approved, and ready for production handoff
Identify and proactively resolve discrepancies, risks, or delays related to procurement

2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative/operations roles
Advanced English proficiency (C1 preferred, strong B2 acceptable)
Experience with vendor communication, quote comparison, and PO management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Sheets and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
