Lead, coach, and develop a Key Account Management team
Overall responsibility for the portfolio’s revenue and growth targets
Further develop the strategic direction of the marketplace partner business
Manage and expand top partnerships
Build and optimize processes, standards, and playbooks
Leverage data-driven insights at the portfolio level
Work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Retail Media, Operations, and Country Heads
Define growth initiatives based on market, competitor, and technology trends

Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in a marketplace, platform, or e‑commerce environment
Initial leadership experience or a strong ability to guide and develop teams functionally
Proven success in strategic account development and driving revenue growth
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent analytical skills, and confidence in data-driven decision making
