Client Service Associate

Role Overview

• Support the Client Services and Sales teams with high quality work to ensure client needs and expectations are met
• Coordinate and execute client project plans and periodic presentations with service teams and sales partners
• Pull, analyze and validate benchmark survey data and summarize findings for internal teams and client materials
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Life & Health insurance licensure, or commitment to obtain licensure within three months of your start date
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, prospects, and vendors
• A relevant internship opportunity within the Insurance Industry
• A degree in Risk Management, Business or other related program
