- Provide strategic oversight and direction on complex insurance defense litigation matters
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and stakeholders
- Review pleadings, motion practice, and litigation strategy to ensure quality and consistency
- Mentor and develop junior and senior attorneys through guidance and feedback
- Support firm leadership by maintaining high professional and performance standards
- Step into matters as needed to ensure effective outcomes
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the Georgia Bar (in good standing)
- 7-10 years of litigation experience within insurance defense
- Extensive experience in general liability or personal injury insurance defense
