• Administers and maintains learning management systems
• Coordinates training resources
• Maintains training calendar and participant registrations
• Creates and distributes training reports and surveys
• Develops employee training plans
• Supports training coordination processes

Requirements

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Project management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to manage diverse customer groups
