Role Overview
- Lead the Market Access inline team in Therapeutic Areas
- Contribute to the development and execution of functional strategy
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Marketing
- Identify market access opportunities and risks
- Deliver and periodically update the Global Value Dossier
- Optimize payer value propositions and health economic models
- Provide systematic market access insights for forecasting and planning
- Represent CSL at global trade associations
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in market access
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Extensive knowledge of global healthcare systems and payer landscapes
- An advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field is required
