You act as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) and ensure an excellent customer experience
You handle customer inquiries independently — from advice through to implementation
You explain complex topics clearly and tailored to the target audience
You actively contribute to the development and improvement of our services and processes
Requirements
You have a completed vocational qualification, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service
Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are also welcome
You enjoy interacting with people and providing advisory services
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and have excellent German language skills
You are confident using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels
