About this role
Role Overview
Coordinating and completing the marketing process for new and renewal group business
Supporting preparation of client communication materials used in various meetings and reviews
Providing strong customer service to clients, including directing or responding to client telephone calls and emails
Clearly demonstrating compliance with all processes, procedures, workflows and documented standards
Requirements
At least a year or more of experience within the insurance industry, ideally in a brokerage or agency setting
Effective oral and written communication as well as relationship building skills are essential
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional time management and organization skills
Active insurance license within 3 months of employment
Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or other relevant program (optional)
