Coordinate end-to-end supply chain processes across programme locations, including procurement planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Ensure timely availability and delivery of programme commodities and supplies across countries.
Support inventory and asset management systems in line with IsraAID policies.
Coordinate transportation of supplies, including international shipments, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
Provide technical support and guidance to country-level logistics staff and programme teams.
Track supply chain performance, procurement progress, and commodity pipelines across countries.
Maintain regular coordination with Country Offices, programme teams, and HQ functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations
Experience working in humanitarian or development contexts
Knowledge of local market procurement and supplier landscapes in humanitarian contexts is an advantage
Ability to operate in emergency response environments
Previous experience in nutritional and Plumpy nut SCM and Logistics is an asset.
