Lead the development and alignment of recruitment strategies across Europe
Ensure recruitment efforts are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational priorities
Cultivate relationships with churches, organizations, networks, Sending Entities, and other partners to support the identification and sending of workers
Initiate, lead, and support recruitment activities such as events, campaigns, and presentations
Equip GEM workers, leaders, and partners with the tools, training, and encouragement to engage in recruitment within their own contexts
Work closely with the International Personnel Team to align recruitment with onboarding, placement, and long-term service pathways
Ensure strong communication and collaboration across departments and regions
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to build initiatives, systems, teams, or ministries that grow beyond personal involvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
