About this role
Role Overview
Ability to use and troubleshoot electronic circuitry with basic test devices (i.e. Volt meter, DMM, logic analyzer, oscilloscope, clock generators, function generators, logic analyzers)
Ability to gather requirements, develop designs, create schematics & layouts, implement, test, deploy and maintain a board/system in cooperation with the customer
Create documentation and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, hardware design, digital design, and system design
Provide electrical constraint information for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout and support
Set up and configure test environments for embedded systems
Troubleshoot basic firmware and software issues
Develop test procedures and document test results to ensure embedded system requirements
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
2+ years of experience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design
1+ years of experience programming in C or C++
1+ years of experience programming in Java or Python
Must be willing to work variable shifts; including day, evening, night, and weekend
