About this role
Role Overview
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, including: Clinical (Therapists, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners) Operations (Admissions, Techs, Leadership)
Build and maintain active candidate pipelines aligned to hiring forecasts
Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and networking
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
Partner with hiring leaders to align on role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategy
Drive candidate engagement and manage offer processes through close
Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, pipeline activity, and hiring progress
Ensure all hiring documentation and processes align with company standards
Adjust workload and availability based on hiring demand and project timelines
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Strong sourcing and outreach capabilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a contract environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience recruiting in behavioral health, SUD, or healthcare environments (preferred)
Familiarity with ATS systems (BambooHR, ADP, or similar) (preferred)
Understanding of clinical roles and credentialing requirements (preferred)
Benefits
