Role Overview
- Lead complex Red Hat Consulting engagements
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor
- Design and implement sophisticated OpenShift solutions
- Mentor and guide customer teams on best practices
- Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
- Produce high-quality technical documentation
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Champion continuous learning
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a senior consultant or architect
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes
- Expertise in designing and implementing solutions with a focus on high availability
- Experience with DevOps and GitOps practices
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts
- Proficiency in scripting and automation
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is highly desirable
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Australian government security clearance at NV2 or above
