Role Overview

• own Pettable's paid acquisition engine end-to-end
• manage a monthly ad budget
• hands-on in spend platforms
• own top-of-funnel through checkout
• report directly to Pettable’s General Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing
• depth in Google Ads and Meta
• experience managing significant ad spend
• proficiency in A/B testing
• problem-solving skills for conversion and funnel issues
• ability to communicate to non-marketers
• experience in DTC or regulated industries preferred
• experience with AI-native marketing tools
