Role Overview
Pipeline and market development: Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to full execution.
Consultative selling and progression: Translate the technology into clear technical value propositions.
Commercial structuring and execution: Negotiate NDAs, MoUs and pricing agreements.
Market intelligence: Track evolving PFAS regulations and translate compliance frameworks.
Requirements
Degree in Environmental/Chemical Engineering or natural sciences with 3+ years of experience in technical B2B business development.
Proven track record in consultative selling and in navigating complex technical and commercial discussions.
Strong knowledge of regulatory-driven markets and experience bringing new green technologies to market.
Familiarity with and experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and senior executives.
Proactive, structured professional who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Native or professional proficiency in English and German.
