You are responsible for finding new clients, developing them, and ensuring alignment between the commercial promise and the delivered value.
The Key Account Manager manages the entire sales cycle (origination → scoping → closing → farming) in close collaboration with Solution Architects and partners (Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks).
Act as the primary point of contact for your clients
Build and maintain trusting relationships with key decision-makers
Proactively pitch our offerings to your clients
Identify major challenges (data modernization, governance, quality, platforms, migrations, business intelligence) within clients and propose tailored solutions
Identify, qualify, and develop data-focused commercial opportunities
Build and maintain a robust, forecasted pipeline
Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers (C-level, digital departments, CTOs, business stakeholders)
Ensure full client satisfaction and implement action plans when necessary
Ensure continuity of the client relationship with the project team
Requirements
You hold a degree from a top engineering school
You have 3 to 8 years of sales experience in consulting
You have a solid understanding of data architectures, AI (including GenAI) use cases, and the market challenges around these topics
You are proficient in account management techniques and methodologies
You have a strong curiosity about technology and how digital products work
You have excellent interpersonal skills
You can demonstrate leadership to engage colleagues in complex sales cycles
You are rigorous in managing your priorities and tracking your performance
You are proactive and eager to progress quickly
