Monitor localized labor law developments across all assigned countries to mitigate legal risk.
Resolve complex employee relations, grievances, and local compliance conflicts.
Advise on standard compensation adjustments and localization of corporate benefit schemes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as a Regional HRBP.
Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) or regional head office with matrix reporting structures.
Experience in the direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail industries is highly preferred.
Multi-language proficiency: Professional fluency in English and at least one other major language of the designated region is required, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is a distinct advantage.
Deep understanding of labor law frameworks across the designated region.
Proven success managing cross-cultural teams and handling stakeholder management remotely.
Strong data literacy with experience using AI tools for workflow proficiency.
Ability to travel regionally up to 20% of the time based on business needs.
