Role Overview
- Drive the full hiring pipeline as a talent partner.
- Champion the organizational performance and review processes.
- Own the strategic 'first day' experience and lifecycle transitions.
- Oversee the compliance framework for our global workforce.
- Serve as the strategic liaison for regional compensation and benefits.
- Oversee the strategy and standards for co-working hubs in Lisbon and Malta.
Requirements
- 3+ years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role with strong business acumen and exposure to corporate operations.
- Proven experience guiding managers through performance cycles and driving end-to-end recruitment workflows within an international context.
- Strong command of MS Excel for data analysis, with hands-on experience navigating HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with Malta’s employment framework and labor practices is highly desirable.
- Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Fluency in Portuguese is highly appreciated.
