Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for large DTC clients, including roadmap development and high-impact initiative recommendations.
Lead client relationships, manage calls and presentations, proactively address escalations, and ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
Translate performance data into actionable insights, create executive-ready reports, and guide client prioritization and strategic decision-making.
Oversee monthly scope management, coordinate with team leads to monitor utilization, adjust roadmaps, and ensure alignment with contracted hours.
Mentor and coach Specialists and Senior Specialists on strategy, execution quality, and client communication, while serving as a subject-matter expert on lifecycle marketing.
Oversee campaign and flow execution, perform QA on deliverables, and maintain accuracy, brand alignment, and technical excellence across accounts.
Requirements
Proven experience in lifecycle marketing strategy and client advisory for enterprise or large-scale DTC accounts.
Strong expertise in email and lifecycle marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Braze, including segmentation, experimentation, loyalty, referrals, and subscriptions.
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, including leading calls, presenting insights, and managing escalations.
Ability to mentor, coach, and provide strategic guidance to internal teams.
Strong analytical thinking, reporting skills, and proficiency in translating complex data into actionable strategies.
