Share field intel with our product, marketing, and leadership teams — what’s working, what isn’t, what customers are asking for next.
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience selling into pharmacy, pharma, life sciences, or healthcare — ideally including compounding pharmacy.
An existing network in the U.S. compounding pharmacy community — relationships with owners, head pharmacists, or association contacts that you can pick up the phone to.
Strong commercial instincts: you can read a room, qualify quickly, and move deals forward without being pushy.
Comfortable being on the road — visiting customers, attending conferences, and showing up where the work happens.
Self-starter mentality. You like owning a territory, setting your own rhythm, and being measured on outcomes.
Based in or around Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin) is preferred, but we’re open to strong candidates elsewhere in the Central U.S.
