Design and implement a structured compensation framework with clearly defined role levels and career progression pathways across all functions.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership on all people matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational design.
Drive INFINIT’s culture and engagement agenda, including pulse surveys, wellbeing initiatives, and creating an environment where people do the best work of their careers.
Build out the People team as the business scales, defining what best-in-class looks like for a high-growth European fintech.
Requirements
3–6 years of HR experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment, with a proven track record of building people processes from the ground up.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across at least two European markets; comfort navigating multi-jurisdiction complexity.
Hands-on recruitment experience across multiple functions (commercial, tech, operations) and ideally across different countries.
A technical mindset — you are genuinely curious about automation, AI tools, and internal tooling. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable building with tools like Claude Code, Zapier, Make, Notion, or similar platforms to solve HR problems.
Demonstrable experience designing or improving HR processes and workflows, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and pace — INFINIT is three years old and there is a lot still to build. You should be energised, not deterred, by that.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you will work closely with a multi-national team across five markets and need to build trust quickly at all levels.
HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) preferred but not essential if offset by strong practical experience.
Fluency in English is essential; additional European language(s) are a strong plus.
