You will work closely with the relevant departments, advise hiring managers across the entire recruiting funnel, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
You will support and/or coordinate preparatory payroll-related matters and work closely with external service providers and internal stakeholders
You will bring structure to our HR activities, develop standards, workflows and KPIs, and ensure efficient, scalable processes
You will identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and independently drive projects (e.g., in the areas of digitalization, automation or AI applications in HR)
You will own and optimize operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, contract management, personnel administration)
You will actively advance talent acquisition (active sourcing, network building, innovative recruiting channels) and develop sustainable talent pipelines for future needs
