Lead a team of interview facilitators across three geographic locations supporting in-person interviews
Prepare and maintain scheduling and facilitation operations for dedicated recruiting suites
Serve as primary point of contact for complex interview facilitation issues
Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure flawless execution of hiring process
Negotiate schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholder calendars for efficient interviews
Oversee all travel details and coordinate communications between candidates and preferred vendor
Manage shared mailbox dedicated to candidate travel for timely responses
Act as a brand ambassador to sell company culture and value proposition

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience with interview scheduling and facilitation operations
At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or at least 1 year of experience in Process Management
