Optimize and enhance systems, data, and processes for marketing and sales to operate effectively
Support the Marketing Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of the marketing operations tech stack
Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Events, Creative Services, and Sales to launch successful campaigns
Ensure marketing database is accurate and properly segmented, maintain data hygiene and governance
Drive attribution strategy, tracking, testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis through KPIs
Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to optimize lead lifecycle and scoring processes
Optimize marketing automation to ensure seamless data flow from HubSpot to Salesforce
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or Marketing Technology in B2B SaaS
Expert-level experience in HubSpot, including workflows, system administration, and system integrations
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and how they integrate with marketing platforms
Experience with testing, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics
Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data management
Strategic thinker, with strong program and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically about complex issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex programs, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels
Proactive team player with a positive attitude who adapts well to changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, experimentation, and iteration, and can pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines
