- Translate customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level software architecture, delivery, or application modernization projects
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, configuration, and customization within complex enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform development
- Knowledge of MuleSoft integration strategies
- Ability to align business requirements with technical architecture
- Ability to provide technical leadership
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering field
- Salesforce Application Architect Certification
