Role Overview
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors
- Manage system enhancements, releases, and projects
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders globally
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and seamless integrations
- Support and enable HR users, managers, and employees
- Collaborate with SAP and external partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Experience with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
- Understanding of HR processes in an international environment
- Experience with integrations, business rules, or SAP Integration Suite is an advantage
- Fluent English
