Role Overview
- Elicit, analyze and document functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work with squads on refinement and validation of deliverables.
- Map tax processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support Product Managers and Product Owners in backlog and roadmap management.
- Facilitate alignment between business, tax and technology teams.
- Ensure functional and regulatory compliance of solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Knowledge of tax solutions and tax calculation processes.
- Experience with agile methodologies and requirements management.
- Analytical skills, systems thinking and strong communication.
- Experience with functional documentation, prototyping and business process flows.
- Knowledge of Mastersaf DW, TAX ONE and Thomson Reuters solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, HP ALM, DOORS or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Tax Reform (CBS, IBS and IS).
